2. Acceptable Use Policy
Bestimonial allows users to curate and showcase authentic public social proof. You agree NOT to use the service to:
- Fabricate fake customer testimonials, impersonate individuals, or misrepresent endorsements.
- Display abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or explicit content.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of third parties.
- Circumvent or tamper with platform security or embed access controls.
3. Takedowns and Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any wall, testimonial, or account that violates these terms or is subject to a verified abuse report. Users can submit reports via our Content Report Page.
4. Purchases & Licenses
Pro licenses ($19 one-time payment) grant unlimited wall creation, watermark removal, and priority features as specified in your purchase tier.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Bestimonial does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free uptime of third-party platform APIs.
