- Public Testimonial Data: When you import a public post URL, we retrieve the public post text, author name, public handle, avatar, and original timestamp.
- Privacy-Friendly Analytics: We record aggregate wall views and embed views to provide creators with usage statistics. We do not track visitors across third-party websites or sell user data to advertising networks.
3. How We Use Data
We process data solely to provide, maintain, and improve Bestimonial services: rendering hosted testimonial walls, providing embed code, processing customer support requests, and ensuring security.
4. Author Rights & Content Removal
If your public post has been included on a Bestimonial wall and you would like it removed, you can submit an immediate takedown request via our Content Report Page or by contacting us. We honor all legitimate deletion and removal requests promptly.
